Someone's in the kitchen with Dinah
View into the kitchen of an old dining car at the California State Railroad Museum. When you walk up to the doorway, you overhear the chef talking to the waiter and saying, "This is the best trout I ever fried!" The mannequins in the museum are all life-sized and modeled on former docents. They are working all over the museum and are so life-like that I found myself mistaking them, from a distance, for my fellow photographers!
We attended a seminar called "Trains and Tripods," and the next morning were privileged to be allowed into the museum with tripods before it opened to the public. It was an early morning but so worth it!
Wouldn't you like to be on the Last Train Home anticipating a beautifully served trout dinner?
Enjoy the ambience and the music. Happy Soundtrack Monday!
