      I love this. I'd be interested to know whether this is photoshoped or not. I have tried to take similar pictures but my ground glass is too dark out in the open. How did. You manage, if I may?

      no photoshop. This was shot with the lens wide open on the large-format camera at f3.5, and the focusing screen has a has a fresnel lens.

      Nice! Under the dark cloth is where I always want to be (well, in the darkroom, too). They say film is dead, but you still can't beat the quality you get with a 4X5 or larger format. Besides, using film slows you down and makes you LOOK.
