This dog has a genetic disorder that is rare, but naturally occurring I believe. So, no one did this on purpose. From what I've read about Wendy, she's not unhappy at all; she has super-dog strength and leads a pretty good life, minus the fact that she probably chews on tires as opposed to toys.

Hi, I'm an admin for a group called One Eyed Cats & 3 Legged Dogs(also accepting genetic mutations!), and we'd love to have this added to the group!

I've seen this dog on TV before. Her disorder is extremely rare, but she's lucky to have found a good home and a kind human to take care of her. Just shows how strange the natural world is.
