Presumably there's something wrong with their head that they don't want people to see...

Hi, I am an admin for a group called Babes around the world, and I discovered this babe in . We love to have your photo added to the group.

With all due respect, I do not consider this woman to be a 'Babe'. I have plenty of other babes in this photostream but not this one.
  • Kelsana 8y

The photo speaks to a lack of freedom. If she decided tomorrow morning when she woke up not to wear this outfit would she be free not to? Maybe, but would she be fearful that she had taken a different path? Would she be ostrasized or targeted for her rebellion? Maybe not physically but psychologically.

The term "Babe" would cheapen her devote standing as captured by the photographer. She is a woman of faith that is certain but to what degree and by whose choice is the question. Hopefully her own.

AhMaD...I find it sad that you believe you can speak for all women. You have much to learn as do I, but this I know.

I hear what you are saying, kelsana. Hopefully it is her choice but, unfortunately, social ostracisation and worse befalls people who turn their backs on Islam.

My mind is in Turkey now in the hope they manage to maintain the secular state they have created there.

Hi, I am shooting a video on Muslims for a amateur film contest on linkTV. I wanted to show a picture of a woman in a burqa as a form of dress that Muslim women wear. May I use this picture?
