Kuala Lumpur City Centre (#407)

    Newer Older

Kuala Lumpur continued to grow despite two World Wars, the rubber and tin commodity crash and the State of Emergency (1948-60) during which Malaya was preoccupied with the Communist insurgency. In 1957, the Federation of Malaya gained its independence from British rule. Kuala Lumpur remained the capital through the formation of Malaysia, achieving city status in 1972, and was established as the Federal Territory in 1974. (Wikipedia)

Hey Chris, I almost did a photocopy of your shot! ;-)
Looks like we took the shot from the same window. I tried several ones before I found one with less reflections...You managed very well too!
Also, the title is almost the same! We had the same idea in mind for sure!
Seen in your Kuala Lumpur set. (?)

Hi Christopher, Wondering if you would be willing to sell your KL skyline photo for commercial use in a brochure? Please let me know. Thanks!
