    when you get interviewed on CNN about finding a big dead snake on your bike ride, make sure your helmet is on right. cracked me up.

      my friends and i play a game on the local bike path in which the first person to spot a backwards helmet wins.
      someone always wins within the first ten minutes.

      ya...heres a few simple rules we can learn from this:

      1. if I don’t know what it is, I wont strap it to my head.
      2. sometimes, reading instructions are helpful.
      3. practice safe cycling regardless of what you have on your head
      4. never ever trust TV reporters to help you avoid looking silly.
