Tattoo Girl

Wow 6 hours on this image. Once I had basic post done I decided to give that channel mixer BNW conversion another try and hence hours added on as I blended multiple BnW layers to get the exact balacne of what I was looking for. In the end I'm really pleased with my 2nd attempt. I learned this technique from Vincent Verscae at Kelby Training ( www.flickr.com/photos/vincentversace/ ).

Once I blended my core BNW mix I then used NIK Silver EFX 2 to add additional layers for blending.

The thing pissing me off is the hatchet job I had to do to cover the breasts. Due to my day job I need to be pretty conservative with my artistic attempts, but now I know how these artists feel being censored..its not as good. Granted my ps skills maybe are the issue but I really worked at the strategic hair placement but just couldn't make it perfect because the image wasn't that way to begin with.
