2 cups all purpose flour
1 heaping tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 pound butter softened
Pre-heat oven to 325
Mix the dry ingredients and than add the butter and cut in with a pastery blade.
I shape them into 4 4" rounds, pearcing each them into small "pie" wedges with a fork.
Shape as desired (1/2 inch thick) and bake for about 30 minutes, the should be a very light brown.
Break into serving size pieces before serving.
