Tbilisi, Adjarian Khachapuri

This is hot from the stove, an open bread filled with melted cheese, eggs and butter. Very good for breakfast or other meals. It is called Adjarian Khachapuri (made in the Black Sea Region of Adjara, Batumi), short: Adjaruli, this one I had in the Cafe Machakhela for 7 Lari (4 USD) medium size, very tasty, could not eat all of it...
