Curdimurka was a railway siding on the Oodnadatta Track. The 'old' Ghan rail link stopped here to service the local community. Here are the old tracks and water towers still stand.

Of all the places I visited on my recent trip through the more remote and arid areas of Australia, this part of the country was where I was truly happy.

Sorry I have been missing for a week.My computer monitor died and I had to get enough energy and money to replace it,sigh!
