As part of a documentary photography course that I've began, I've started 2 new projects.
Both of them are in Mahane Yeuda Market, the market of Jerusalem, and one of the most beautiful and visited markets in Israel, by Israelis and tourists.
Tzion and Hassan are running a small "Pittot" bakery at the beggining to the market. They are two warm, interesting, wierd, completely typical Jerusalem characters.
As people come and go, buying hot from the oven pittot, there are many familiar characters that come every week, day, and even hour. I will try to tell the story of Tzion and Hassan's bakery, a little story about a little family that was formed around 2 people, their pittot and their soul.
