Please view these photos as a set. I tried to capture different aspects of the New Orleans landscape today, from successes to frustrations, devastation to beignets. The city goes on, especially the tourist district, and I encourage you to go there, have a good time, and spend a lot of money, but the level of governmental neglect and general sorrow astonished me.
