      Thanks Chris!
Kinda cool when it reflects off the fuselage.
I agree. I also miss NW's livery too though.

Nice plane! Though a friend of mine recently flew DL SIN-NRT-MSP-YYZ. He said the interior of the DL (former NW) 744 is so aged that it belongs in a senior home! : D

Someone else I know says their interiors were subpar.. I flew Northwest a few times but I don't recall remarking on anything in particular inside their planes.. I always had good flights with them. I've never flown an American carrier on long haul flight though.. I'd be curious to see how they stand up to Air Canada and the European airlines's I've flow. I'm sure on inter-Continental services their meet the challenge. Domestic is usually less than stellar pretty much everywhere where airlines operate under standard normal operating conditions.

Virgin is really the only trans-continental airline in the USA I would prefer to take over, say, Air Canada now. Same technology in the planes, PLUS wi-fi!! Especially now that AC has completed project XM, it makes everything else look... old. Even WestJet has to step up their game now, and provide A/C Power, USB Ports, etc. to be competitive in my mind.

There's really no reason to fly WestJet anymore, with not as nice interiors, airfare that is not cheaper, and the extra $20 to check a bag now, which matches Air Canada.

Air Canada really has stepped up it's game. I used to hate flying them now they are among the best out there. The only thing about Westjet I like is the staff.. they are very friendly but I see changes in Air Canada on this level too (finally.. it took forever). The baggage fee still bugs me though.. it's a real cash grab.. I say just raise the fares overall and stop putting their hands into my pocket.
      Thanks! Nice to see too.
