Looking North at the East Island

    Looking backwards I got a full view of the entire eastern portion of the Island of Montreal including Ile Ste-Helene (uh.. Jean Drapeau..) and Ile Notre Dame, the harbour and downtown. Quite spectacular from this height.. ...and even if technically I'm looking pretty much directly north at this point.

      Varennes is on the "South Shore" which as you can see by this link is directly east of Montreal LOL :)
