i realized today that if i'm to come home mentally exhausted every day, it just can't be an excuse to NOT exercise. i can't NOT exercise every day. it used to be one or two days a week, usually monday and friday, but i have a feeling that, in light of recent events, it will be increasingly frequent. and so this is to remind myself that i need exercise as stress relief and confidence maintenance techniques.

OH yeah, and it really might have pushed me over the edge to do a strangers project
