Let yourself be silently drawn by the stronger pull of what you really love.

old....battered...tattered and in need of serious TLC.........but, something about this old stone cottage has totally captivated me...a place to weave dreams and think and ponder.... to live, love and create with is perfect in it's imperfections.

Hahahahahaha!! Ghosts do not scare me as much as rabid critters living in these old places!! i would totally freak out if there were bats or snakes...or an errant raccoon or possum taking me by surprise!! Thanks...would be a lot of fun having you up here exploring with me...i would be laughing so hard i would not be able to move!!

Thanks Bob!! these old places are around where i live and so much fun to explore! i have people keeping their eyes out for new and exciting places all the time!

hahahahaha...i think it might make a right good painting at that!!

      Thanks so much!!

      Thank you Sue!

Thanks Lisa!!! You need to get well quick so i can take you exploring!! What fun you will have with me in the spooky house!!

A beautiful and very effective composition. I have great difficulty passing old run down houses without wondering what went on inside when they were vibrant structures full of life. I'm sure this cottage has tales to tell.

I must be crazy right along with you ,
as I would adopt this in a heartbeat too !!!
I'm always so intrigued by these old places , the stories they hold and of course I want to see " What's behind the curtain " :-)

I found out some interesting stuff about this was once an asylum!! The doctor that ran it actually lived there WITH the mentally deranged people he was treating!! (still trying to find out more information and get pictures from way back when!) thanks, Lani....i would STILL adopt it....does that make me REALLY crazy!!?

Yikes a creepy looking place.... sorry I missed this shot... happy I found it today! Nicely done... I like the monotones with the selective leaf colour. This is an eye catcher for sure.

Thank you.....this place is SO very fun to shoot...part of the fun being that i am not supposed to be in there!! It is posted no trespassing...but seriously, how can that possibly mean me and my camera!!

Faime imaxinar unha historia dunha nave dourada nun mar de prata, gustame todo o que estimula a miña imaxinacion.
