tie a yellow ribbon if you still love me
this ribbon is tied to the trunk of a tree just outside the aquino mausoleum. it's been tattered and worn perhaps by the heat and the rain. i've always loved the color yellow and i've always know that yellow, in my country, meant freedom's cry of victory. i look at this ribbon closely right now and hold everything i've seen today so that i'll be reminded that this victory has already been won. by our national heroes. and by heaven's Hero.
