DESCRIPTION OF THE "TRESPASSER" SERIES OF PAINTINGS:

Camille and husband, Todd, have created a bird sanctuary surrounding their home/studio. When the French doors to the artist’s studio are open, Titmice, Chickadees, House Wrens, Cardinals and hummingbirds often fly into the studio and perch directly on her easel which gave the artist her idea for this series.

The "Trespasser" series of bird paintings reflect a whimsical comment on how people destroy birds’ natural homes by their construction invasion. This series is based upon the thought, “what if birds were to take over our living environments!?” This series of paintings depicts birds who are welcomed trespassers in the artist's studio and built their nests in her art supplies (& other man-made objects.)
