Greenwich Church Sunset Skyline
As the sun started to go down over London, making its skyline look rather hazy, this shot was taken with a church spire just clipping the sun.
The church is Our Ladye Star of the Sea on Crooms Hill, Greenwich.
In the distance, quite a large stretch of South London is visible, starting with Greenwich and Deptford, via Peckham, New Cross and Camberwell and then onto Chelsea and Battersea. You can just about make out the four towers of Battersea Power Station, and the new tower going up along from Chelsea Bridge.
