Gordon with a 500mm f4L on Cocoa Beach

Testing a rented Canon EF 500mm f4L lens on Cocoa Beach, Florida. This will be my main lens for capturing the Endeavour Space Shuttle launch - if I manage to see it happen of course...

And which camera body will u be using? 7d?

    2. Cameralabs 48 months ago | reply

I'll actually be using three! I have rented a 7D for the 500mm for the fast continuous stills, and two 600D / T3is for video. But I may not be able to stick around for the next launch attempt.

Uh, it is fine lens, shame, if you could not be around the next launch, Gordon.

Wow thats a nice big looking lens :P. Love your reviews and can't wait for you to do more video reviews like the one you did for the Nikon D7000, that was the best.
