File Organization - Save As
When editing images, always use "Save As" in your photo-editing software so that your original image file remains intact.
Note in the example above that "IMG_7342.jpg" remains unchanged. When I edited that file and used "save as," I named the new file "IMG_7342c The Cake.jpg"
Those two words are now searchable by my computer. I use the "c" to tell me it's a color image (and "bw" for black and white), but that's just a personal preference.
