Worlds End

    Newer Older

World's End was once an island, but is now a gorgeous property maintained by the Trustees of Reservations. Landscaped by Frederick Law Olmstead, it consists of approximately 250 acres of paths, meadows, woodlands, and seascapes. It juts out into Boston Harbor, and the Boston skyline is visible from many places. This was my second visit here, and I could not have asked for a better day.

It has been on my list of places I really want to visit. There was a Kelby walk there this year and I was intrigued but never made it. Once lived just south of there. Intend to go back. Distortion is not bad given the wide angle. Looks beautiful.

      This isn't a wide-angle shot; it's a panorama made from 8 separate images.
