2024 Statewide Managers Meeting/Training

CAL FIRE Leadership engaged in a comprehensive all-day session with a focus on cultivating leadership character, led by distinguished author and veteran Dave Anderson. Following this, former Deputy Director of Fire Protection, Phyllis Banducci, provided in-depth training on the 2024 CAL FIRE Strategic Plan. Director Joe Tyler offered valuable insights into the current state of the department and future perspectives. The training concluded with a Q&A session, allowing participants to actively engage and seek clarification on various aspects discussed throughout the day.
