Vogue - Hollywood
The Vogue was designed by S. Charles Lee and opened in July 1935.
Lee was one of the premier theatre architects of his day. He designed the Vine in Hollywood: www.flickr.com/photos/cakeight/3091864236/ . Another of his designs was the Vogue in Oxnard: www.flickr.com/photos/cakeight/2903868548/ He also designed the Fox in Bakersfield: www.flickr.com/photos/cakeight/3715526118/ And the Nile in Bakersfield: www.flickr.com/photos/cakeight/3715475172
Some say the theatre is haunted by school children, their teacher and other various former tenants and employees. More info on that here: www.allstartheatrecafe.com/
