Local Goat Pastilla @ Cocina Abierta, in the Condado section of San Juan. Described to me as a savory Baklava, it was precisely, and deliciously so, just that! The Pastilla, in its original form, hails from Morocco and this is Argentinian chef Martin Louzao's spin on it.
