Getting closer to our destination, the lower reaches of the Andes are gradually swallowed by the country's infamous coastal fog. The locals call it Garúa, a sea mist caused by warm winds interacting with the cool water of the ocean, a condition thats prevalent along the Peruvian Coast, from June through November.
