    lol. Thank you. I never use a template. The one constant thing about all fabric is that it is about 42 inches wide, selvage to selvage. Since FQ's, Half yards, and 1 yards are smaller cuts of fabric, I fold them along that width measurement until they are about that 5-6 inch width. My large lengths of fabric are 10-11 inches wide once folded.
