      I guarantee you Utah is the biggest consumer of green jello. Lutherans have nothing on Mormons in this regard and I speak from experience, having been both and consumed the green jello recipes of both.

      So popular is this wretched snack there was an official green jello pin for the 2002 Olympics in SLC.

      OMG, bfelice, now you have me wanting to make a jell-o mold with little swedish fish inside! I think the "yellow" stuff is actually the tuna.

      waiting, that pin is too hilarious!!

      Everyone, I experimented with vegetarian jell-o yesterday (agar-agar). I think I could have fun with it ...

      well you know, i'm just wondering if lime jello in the 50s was a different level of flavor intensity and sweetness than lime of today. i mean one can almost imagine tuna, celery, cucumber, olives with a squirt of ReaLime©...

      I just read that link. Interesting.

      Jello mold is almost set. I used chunk light tuna and it was not as "chunky" as the above pic looks. I'm sure it won't do any harm to the taste. Let's just say that right now my fridge smells like a giant vat of lime jello and stinky tuna.
