    That roof is just fantastic. Did you put 1x1 round plates below them or did you just not press them all well together?

    thanks. the latter. they tend to fall off during packing and transportation, but are put back on easily.

    I once saw a castle at a brick-con or something of that nature, and it used this very same technique for the stones in the exterior wall. Was that you? or perhaps one of your disciples? I think there are picks on Brickshelf, it would take me a long time to find a pic of what I am talking about and I am lazy. Just give me a head nod, and then tell me whether you are nodding your head or not.
