Another Hot Evening: Anamorphic Widescreen
It's official--it's freakin' hot in Tennessee. When I took this self portrait, it was about 90 degrees Fahrenheit at 4pm. I had been scoping out this bench for a while. I really liked the location and the backdrop. I finally decided to go for it, and the shot turned out relatively well (I thought).
strobist: 1 White Lightning X2400, camera left, about 1/2 power, diffused by a 28" Westcott Apollo softbox. The sun provided the lighting on my back. Strobe triggered via Cybersyncs and powered by a Vagabond II. An LCW Fader ND Mark II was mounted on the Canon 85mm f/1.8 used for the shot.
