Daisy Focus Stack
My wife occasionally picks up flowers for display in our home, which is why there was a vase full of daisies sitting on our entertainment hutch yesterday afternoon.
As such, I decided to take advantage of the floral subject and brought the vase into the studio so that I could try photographing it in some way. After trying a few compositions, I finally landed on the above framing, using stacked Kenko extension tubes (12+20+36mm) attached to my EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro. The final result shown above was created using a stack of 17 images, processed in Helicon Focus 6.
