Walnut Park Gazebo

About 25 years ago I took an art class at the Senior Citizens Center located just in front of this park. For one part of the class, I ended up drawing the gazebo. Keep in mind, I'm not very good with a pencil, but the drawing turned out well. In fact, my mother ended up framing the drawing and it hung on a wall for years. Hmm....I wonder what happened to it?

Anyway, Cookeville got an unusual amount of snow over the last couple of days. I went on an hour long walk around town to see what caught my eye (as I couldn't get out of my driveway), and I finally landed upon the Gazebo in freshly fallen snow. The skies had just cleared up and sun was peeking through the now sparse clouds.
