Note the extra space between wall and seat. Due to the curvature of the aft fuselage, rows 58-60 on the 747-400 are in a 2-4-2 configuration rather than the standard Economy 3-4-3, with a little extra space between seat and window for the A and J seats -- and the 3-2 offset at Row 58 provides an extra storage pocket and some diagonal legroom.
