Parish Church of St Cuthbert

The Parish Church of St Cuthbert in Edinburgh, Scotland, where the grave of John Napier (1550-1617), the inventor of logarithms, can be found. The steeple of the current church is from 1789 and the rest of the building is from 1894, but there have been several churches on this site up through the ages and story has it that the Anglo-Saxon monk St Cuthbert (634-687) built the first some 13 centuries ago.
