Bacalao

Bacalhau or Bacalao, meaning cod in Portuguese, is a national dish in Portugal based on dried and salted codfish. There must be at least a thousand different ways of preparing the fish. In this case, it was baked in the oven and served with crispy potato chips, a boiled egg, fried onion and a butter sauce.
