Suckling Pig with punk hairdo
Suckling pig, with a punk hairdo of thyme, at the Olympen restaurant in Oslo, on June 23 - midsummer - 2009.
It had been cooked on low heat, 70 degrees C, for about ten hours and then quickly grilled to give it a crispy exterior. The meat was juicy and tender, really delicious!
You need to be in a party of at least 8 persons to order the suckling pig, and you should give Olympen a week's notice. But it's worth it!
