Rosenkrantztårnet

Rosenkrantztårnet in Bergenhus Festning was constructed in the 16th century, though some parts of it dates back to 1270 when a small fortress was built during the reign of king Magnus the Law-mender.

The Rosenkrantz Tower is strategically located in the southern end of the Bergenhus Fortress, defending the main gate.
