the other side

When I thought about going to an abandoned house I automatically thought about ghostly images. White dresses, motion blur, etc. But then I started thinking about an exorcism, and I thought it would be neat to be able to see the spirit being pulled from the house, and to have the person doing the exorcism remain unseen. Was able to do this all by myself, no assistance from a stool or a chair or a person. It is likely I'll teach something like this at my upcoming workshops!

Next Thursday Miss Aniela and I are hosting a meetup in London. It is open to absolutely everyone, and we'll have a fantastic time talking about photography, sharing with each other and making contacts.

It feels like I'm watching an action sequence here. The picture is magical and moving in that way. It''s amazing what you can do in any abandoned building to create something other worldly.

The chair is so well lit that it appears three-dimensional and the use of levitation in this photograph takes that theme to another level.
