"This is a little double decker beach house (beach hut alternative). On the ground floor, there is a surf board holder with a white and a green surfboard. On the first floor is a desk with a comfortable chair and a carpet. The house is just by the sea, so your minifigures can spend here their holiday. This beach house has a terrace with a little table where the minifigures can drink a coffee, tea or limonade."
