Smoked Pork Loin Roast

I smoked this roast in the new smoker for about 2 1/2 hours. I had opened it up

 

I smoked this roast in the new smoker for about 2 1/2 hours. I had opened it up before starting to cook and put a few green onions in along with some garlic and olive oil. I tied it back together with butchers twine then covered it with a rub of salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
