North End
The Boston Pictorial Archive holds photographs, prints, drawings, and scrapbooks documenting Boston's North End in the 19th and 20th centuries, with the bulk of the material covering the years from 1860 to 1935. Images include street scenes as well as historic buildings, residences, churches, and missions.

If you would like to see how Boston's North End neighborhood has changed, check out this Map of Boston published by the Metropolis Map Co. in 1890 from the Norman B. Leventhal Map Center at the Boston Public Library.
