The southern section of Riverside Boulevard, seen from Pier 1. From left to right:

 

1) 180 Riverside Boulevard. 40 floors (129 m), completed 1998. Architects: Kostas Kondylis and Philip Johnson.

2) 160 Riverside Boulevard. Two towers, 33 floors (108 m), completed 2001. Architects: Kostas Kondylis and Philip Johnson.

3) 140 Riverside Boulevard. 26 floors, 368 units (103 m), completed 2003. Architect: Kostas Kondylis.

4) 120 Riverside Boulevard. 21 floors, 288 units (70 m), completed 2005. Architects: Costas Kondylis, Philip Johnson/Alan Ritchie

5) 100 Riverside Boulevard a.k.a. The Avery. 30 floors, 274 units, completed 2007. Architect: Kostas Kondylis.

6) 80 Riverside Boulevard a.k.a. The Rushmore. Two towers, 41 floors, 289 units (floors 37-41 in each tower have one apartment per floor), completed 2008. Architect: Kostas Kondylis.

7) 60 Riverside Boulevard a.k.a. The Aldyn. 38 floors, 297 units. Completed 2010. Architect: Kostas Kondylis.

 

Riverside Boulevard was built on land that used to be the yards of the Pennsylvania Rail Road Company.
