My first shot at 8:45pm did not turn out very well:

I circled back 'round an hour later after the sun had set in hopes that the neon would pop better against the darkening sky. I was only carrying my 50mm so I decided to just go for the standard composition.

The trick is to get a new - or better view on an old standard, and the sky here really makes this shot special!

Not in the least... I've never seen a crisp angle like this w/ such a great sky lighting it up...the market's marketers would be well-served by adding this to their stock ad/print stock. Beautifully done :)

Cosigning on hollyladd's thought...the sky raises this from" possible cliche" to a lean and great view of the market's domain. Thanks for the sharing!
