More I see medium format film images and more I want to get into it.
This shot is a Keeper for sure.
Is a tripod mandatory with the Hasselblad 500 ?

Laurent Bourrelly I did use a tripod for this one, but some times it's hand-held. It would be best to always use a tripod, though, and I should, but sometimes it may not be practical. When I shoot medium format, I'm going for sharpness. I have in my mind that this image may be enlarged and framed. Of course, the vast majority are not enlarged. I love medium format, mainly, because it's a different way of shooting because it slows you down. Thanks for the compliment. My advice to anyone: if you've been considering going medium format - do it. It's not for everyone, but you won't know unless you try it.
