Hello L and G, sorry for being so late with the reply, here is the recipe:

      Ingredients for 2:
      2-3 cloves of garlic
      20 shrimps
      2 handfuls of rucola
      250g spaghetti
      olive oil
      salt
      pepper
      grated zest of a lemon

      Preparation:
Cook the pasta al dente, while frying the chopped garlic on the olive oil, before adding the raw (cleaned) shrimps to it, which will need to be fried for another 7-8 minutes.

When the pasta is ready, add it directly to the now fried shrimps and garlic in the pan, then grate the lemon's zest onto the mix, add the rucola, season with salt and pepper before mixing them up. If the result is too dry, just add a few spoonfuls of the hot water you in which you prepared the pasta.
