Breadmaker Slow Fermented Bread Loaf

Conclusive proof that it's possible to make a slow fermented loaf using a breadmaker.

 

This loaf had a starter mixed in the breadmaker that was aged for about 18 hours. Then the rest of the ingrediants were added, mixed and then shaped by hand and put in the oven. However it would have been easy to bake it in the breadmaker too.

 

Most importantly, it was delicious.
