Add to your bread machine in the order recommended for your machine; This is for a large machine; dough setting,
1 1/3 C warmed milk with
2 ½ T butter or margarine melted in milk
2 beaten eggs
3 T sugar
2/3 t salt
4 C flour plus 1 to 2 T to sprinkle on while mixing for a nice dough that will form a ball while mixing
2 ½ t yeast (1 package)
Take out of bread machine after second rising. Roll dough to a rectangle. Shape, spread with butter or margarine. Top with cinnamon and sugar mixture (6 T sugar, 2 T cinnamon) Roll dough jelly roll style and cut into slices about 1 ½ wide. Place rolls on top of the topping mix. (I use a 12 inch round cake pan) Cover and let rise about 40 to 45 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let set for about 10 minutes and flip over on a platter.
1 ½ C packed brown sugar
¾ C corn syrup
¾ C butter or margarine
1 ½ C coarsely chopped pecans (6 oz package of pecans)
In a saucepan combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add pecans. Pour in bottom of your pan before rolls. (Do not overcook)
