The version created there offered no rights or usage information, so rather than inadvertently steal his image, I made the new one from scratch so I could explicitly grant a Creative Commons license.
This version created by Robert.A.Davies is usable under Creative Commons Attribution Only (CC-BY). Commercial use and modification of this image is allowed, but be aware that your use of the 'Wordpress' logo may have to meet other criteria for it to be a 'legal' use of their identity.
I also have a transparent PNG version. Though flickr doesn't handle transparency very well, if anyone wants it, contact me for a copy or comment.
