Each year, we host only a few Responsible Leaders Forums for which we individually select inspiring leaders from different sectors, backgrounds, and countries. We invite these participants to deeply reflect on leadership and to engage in intimate conversations about their personal and professional responsibilities.

At our Forum in Mérida, the last great capital of the Mayan culture, we specifically reflected on how our heritage and background could support the leadership we bring forward.
