Seedless Plants
Ferns, fern allies, mosses etc.

These plants all have an alternation of generations with sporophytes producing spores for dispersal and gametophytes producing egg cells in archegonia and motile sperm cells in antheridia. In order for fertilization to occur, water is required for the motile sperm to reach the egg. None of these plants make pollen or seeds.
